Un nume\u0301rique responsable, c\u2019est-a\u0300-dire raisonne\u0301, utile et utilise\u0301, source d\u2019optimisations et de services aux parties prenantes, ne\u0301cessite a\u0300 la fois une approche syste\u0301mique mais e\u0301galement des pre\u0301requis pour la se\u0301curite\u0301 et l\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des donne\u0301es immobilie\u0300res.<br>E\u0301nergies, intensite\u0301 d\u2019usage, sante\u0301 et productivite\u0301 sont quelques exemples pour illustrer le fait qu\u2019e\u0302tre bien accompagne\u0301 est plus que jamais de\u0301terminant pour le succe\u0300s des projets, tant sur les plans financiers, contractuels qu\u2019environnementaux. Elle s\u2019est attache\u0301e a\u0300 de\u0301finir le me\u0301tier d\u2019AMO Smart, qui devient incontournable dans tous les projets de construction ou de re\u0301novation de ba\u0302timents intelligents.<br>La commission s\u2019est inte\u0301resse\u0301e a\u0300 la de\u0301finition de ce me\u0301tier assez nouveau, gra\u0302ce a\u0300 certains membres dont c\u2019est le quotidien, mais aussi avec l\u2019e\u0301clairage des autres membres contributeurs qui participent aux projets immobiliers aux co\u0302te\u0301s d\u2019AMO Smart.<br>Nous avons tente\u0301 de re\u0301pondre aux questions : un AMO Smart, pour qui, pourquoi ? En s\u2019appuyant sur des cas d\u2019usages de projets a\u0300 diffe\u0301rentes e\u0301tapes de la vie du ba\u0302timent, depuis la phase de conception jusqu\u2019a\u0300 son exploitation.<br>Cet ouvrage est l\u2019occasion de donner un e\u0301clairage sur ce nouveau me\u0301tier ou plus exactement ce me\u0301tier trop me\u0301connu.
